Submission of documents

Submission of documents and visits to the consular section are carried out by prior arrangement.

Appointment can be arranged by e-mail kenya.consul@mfa.gov.by or by phone + 254 75 70 75 217.

When applying for consular actions personal presence of an applicant is mandatory (documents sent by mail are not considered).

If submission of a notarized consent is required for a consular service to be delivered, such a consent must be certified either at a notary office in the Republic of Belarus or at the Embassy (on condition of physical presence of an applicant).
