Submission of documents

Document submission and consular appointment are available during consular section hours (Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 AM — 1:00 PM).

When submitting documents for a visa or requesting other consular services personal presence of an applicant is mandatory (documents sent by mail are not considered).

If submission of a notarized consent is required for a consular service to be delivered, such a consent must be certified either at a notary office in the Republic of Belarus or at the Embassy (on condition of physical presence of an applicant).
