H.E. Mr. Pavel VZIATKIN
Born in 1976 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
In 1997 graduated from the Economics and Trade Management Faculty of the Belarusian State Economic University. In 2003 completed degree studies in Foreign Policy and Diplomacy at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
